1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Inboxless and its related services. By visiting the site, creating an account, connecting a mailbox, importing workspace data, or using any authenticated feature, you agree to these terms.

Inboxless is operated by YVV Studio.

If you use Inboxless on behalf of a business, agency, employer, or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not have that authority, do not use the service on that organization's behalf.

Inboxless is positioned as an outreach console. That means the product is intended for legitimate business communication, lead management, inbox review, campaign execution, and related operational workflows. It is not offered for unlawful surveillance, credential harvesting, spam infrastructure, or deceptive communication practices.

Section

2. Accounts, access, and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must not share access with unauthorized users or attempt to bypass access controls, tenant boundaries, rate limits, or other technical restrictions built into the product.

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account unless the activity results directly from a verified security incident caused by Inboxless. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must take reasonable action quickly, including rotating credentials, disconnecting third-party integrations where appropriate, and notifying support through the contact channel available to you.

We may require you to re-authenticate, verify your identity, reconnect a provider account, or pause access where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the service, your workspace, or third parties.

Section

3. What the service does

Inboxless provides tools to store leads, manage templates, run campaigns, schedule follow-ups, connect Gmail, sync replies, organize inbox threads, measure response activity, and preserve working context for outreach. The exact feature set may change over time, especially while the product remains in an early or evolving state.

Some features depend on third-party services or APIs. If those systems are unavailable, rate-limited, changed, revoked, or otherwise restricted, related Inboxless functionality may degrade, pause, or stop working. That is a service dependency reality, not a breach of these terms by itself.

We may add, remove, rename, or modify product capabilities without separately preserving every earlier implementation detail, provided that such changes are not made in bad faith to avoid core obligations that have already been expressly agreed.

Section

4. Connected mailbox accounts

If you connect Gmail or another supported mailbox, you authorize Inboxless to access and process mailbox data strictly for the product actions you request or enable, such as sending email, syncing threads, counting replies, updating unread state, and showing conversation history inside your workspace.

You remain responsible for the permissions you grant, the content you send, the recipients you contact, and the lawful basis for using that connected mailbox in the way you choose. Disconnecting a mailbox stops future authorized sync and send activity, but does not automatically erase workspace records already created from prior use.

We may refuse to interact with a connected account, or require a reconnect, if provider credentials are invalid, revoked, encrypted state cannot be safely read, abuse signals appear, or continued access would create an unreasonable security, compliance, or reliability risk.

Section

5. Acceptable use and anti-spam obligations

You may use Inboxless only for lawful, honest, and professionally defensible outreach. You must not use the service to send unlawful spam, phishing messages, malware, deceptive commercial messages, impersonation campaigns, or communications that violate the rights of recipients or the rules of the providers involved.

You are responsible for complying with sender identification rules, honoring legal obligations that apply to your outreach, and making sure your content and targeting practices comply with the laws and industry rules that apply to you. Inboxless does not assume those compliance obligations for you.

You must not upload stolen lists, scrape protected inboxes, attempt to infer private credentials, probe the infrastructure, reverse engineer protected components except where non-waivable law allows it, or use the product to test exploit paths against other users or third-party systems.

  • Do not send misleading subject lines, false sender identity, or materially deceptive copy.
  • Do not use purchased or unlawfully obtained contact lists without a valid legal basis.
  • Do not evade bounce handling, safety warnings, or rate limits built into the service.
  • Do not use Inboxless to target children or protected sensitive categories unlawfully.
  • Do not use the service in a way that creates disproportionate harm to recipients or the platform.
Section

6. Your data, your responsibility, and our license to operate

As between you and Inboxless, you retain your rights in the leads, templates, notes, campaigns, message content, and other workspace data you submit to the service, subject to any rights held by the people or organizations that data relates to. We do not claim ownership of your outreach content merely because it passes through the product.

You grant Inboxless the limited rights necessary to host, copy, index, transform, encrypt, transmit, and display that data solely to operate the service, secure the environment, troubleshoot issues, generate product metrics, and comply with law. That license lasts only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the data you upload and to direct Inboxless to process it. If that representation is false, the resulting legal and operational risk is yours, not ours.

Section

7. Privacy and security

Use of the service is also subject to the Inboxless Privacy Policy, which explains what information is processed and how it is handled. If these terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on a pure privacy issue, the Privacy Policy controls to the extent of that conflict.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect the service, but no internet product is perfectly secure or always available. You agree to use reasonable account security practices and to avoid placing data into the service that you cannot lawfully or prudently entrust to a cloud application of this kind.

Section

8. Early access, changes, and availability

Inboxless may be offered in early access, beta, pilot, or otherwise evolving form. That means features may change quickly, workflows may be incomplete, metrics may be refined, and some behavior may not yet be suitable for mission-critical use without independent verification by the user.

We aim for a stable and useful product, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, universal deliverability, or that every metric will always reflect third-party provider state instantly. You should keep your own operational judgment and not rely on the product as the sole source of truth for high-stakes decisions without cross-checking where appropriate.

We may perform maintenance, impose temporary restrictions, or change limits where needed to preserve security, reliability, or provider compliance.

Section

9. Pricing and future commercial terms

If the service is offered for free, in preview, or under early access at the time you start using it, that does not create a perpetual right to free service. We may introduce paid plans, usage limits, or premium feature gates in the future.

If paid terms are introduced later, the applicable commercial terms, billing logic, and any refund framework will be presented separately. Unless expressly stated otherwise, future pricing changes do not retroactively grant refunds for earlier use of a free or pilot version.

Section

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created security risk, abused provider integrations, used the service for spam or deception, exposed the platform to legal harm, or interfered with the normal operation of the product.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination or suspension does not automatically erase all records immediately; retention may continue for backup, legal, fraud prevention, or audit reasons as described in the Privacy Policy or required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, liability limits, indemnity, dispute-related provisions, and lawful retention clauses, will survive.

Section

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxless is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every workflow, or suitable for every legal regime, outbound model, or regulated industry.

We do not warrant recipient response rates, inbox placement, campaign performance, provider acceptance, or commercial outcomes. Those results depend on factors outside our control, including list quality, messaging quality, provider reputation, market conditions, timing, and the user's own conduct.

Section

12. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxless and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or procurement of substitute services arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to use Inboxless during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros if you have not paid anything.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Inboxless, its operator YVV Studio, and their respective contractors and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your data, your outreach conduct, your violation of law, your breach of these terms, or your misuse of a connected provider account.

Section

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we may publish the revised version through the site or product and update the effective date.

By continuing to use Inboxless after updated terms take effect, you agree to the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the service before the updated terms become effective for your continued use.
